All our handloom and hand-crafted products are home-crafted, minutely prepared by the master weavers and artisans.

Generally, Handloom Crafts are not as perfect as power loom products. As it is crafted is loom definitely you will find minor irregularities in fabrics. Lop-sidedness in weaves, prints, minor slubs in texture, and slight variations in shading are True Sambalpuri Handloom Mark. These varieties are average attributes of any hand-created item and are not to be considered as damage or defective.

• Return requests are only accepted in case of receipt of damaged, defective, or broken conditions.
• We will not be able to process return request if it is raised after 48 hours of received.
• Please intimate the damaged / defective products with proof by attaching unboxing pictures and videos by email to [support@sambalpurikart.com] within 48 hours of delivery. Once validated, we will ask for the product to be returned.
• The return address of the seller will be intimated by our team after the return request is processed.
• To be eligible for a return, the product should be in the original and unused condition and with the original packaging.

• We will provide an exact replacement in case of damage, defective or broken items received.
• In case the replacement item is out of stock, we will provide the full amount refund to the original payment mode within 1-4 working days after the damaged product is received.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• You will bear shipping costs if the product is damaged or defective where our pick up facility is not available.

• If you have wrongly placed the order or want to cancel the order for any other reason. It can be done within 4 hours of placing order.
• For Cancellation, you will need to contact us by email at [support@sambalpurikart.com] with your order details.
• Once the product is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
